Delivery
We ship items from our shop worldwide. Estimated delivery time is about 2 weeks for European countries and 3 – 4 weeks for the rest of the world. We send your order by registered mail and provide tracking number. We usually ship within 1 – 5 business day. Item location: Ukraine, Kharkiv.
Delivery cost depends on parcel weight and country, where it is going to be sent to. It is calculated automatically and can be seen on ordering page.
We use Ukrainian national postal operator “Ukrposhta” for the worldwide deliveries. Also along with it we use private postal operator “Nova Poshta” for deliveries inside Ukraine.
We guarantee high quality packaging for our items to deliver them to you safe and sound. However if item is damaged in the process of delivery, we will send you the full item replacement or replacement for its damaged part.
